Sonya’s Secret Garden

Growing up in a city and living in a place with only few trees and plants makes me more ecstatic to witness a “secret garden.” I have first encountered Sonya’s Secret Garden from an officemate. She was loaded with romantic and beautiful stories of the lovely garden and the tasteful menu. Her endless stories made me really inquisitive to visit Sonya’s Secret Garden.

I was totally convinced to go. I got Sonya’s contact number from another officemate’s copy of Brides Yellow Pages. Since Sonya’s is now first in rank choice for more clandestine and solemn weddings. I was advised to contact them for a reservation. I got a prompt reply of their rates and services. This would be my first time driving south if ever. Do you know of a step-by-step guide map I can use in going there?

  7. Jeff says:

Hi Victoria, I usually buy those maps available at National Bookstores or convenience store in Gas stations for different provinces like Cavite, Batangas etc. I find very useful and been to places just following those maps, each costs around 150php.

Just follow the directions posted above and consult the map when in doubt. Our Cavite map have a detailed portion of the Tagaytay area where each establishment is posted.

Where are you coming from so I can post more a more detailed instruction?

  8. Victoria says:

Hi Jeff, thanks for d reply. I’m from QC=)

  9. Jeff says:

    Hi Victoria,

    1. Coming from QC, take either EDSA or C5 to SLEX
    2. Drive about 45minutes (40KM) at SLEX and look for the Sta. Rosa exit, this is next to Carmona and Mamplasan exit. Take this exit.
    3. After the toll gate, turn right and just drive straight, until you reach Tagaytay City (you can just follow the cars ahead of you as most of them are headed towards tagaytay, don’t follow them though if they make a turn). Take a right turn
    4. Drive straight across Tagaytay City after you pass by all the restaurants and the market.
    5. DO NOT turn just head straight, after 15-20mins look for the Sonya’s Garden sign on your right. You’ll drive into a narrow road just follow it and you’ll be able to see Sonya’s Secret Garden :)
