Hi, we’re going to palawan this 3rd week of January. We will just hire a van. And based on the van rate, entrance fee, permit, boat and accomodation (1 room only); our total expenses is only around 2800 each. We’re 7 by the way. i just had a word with mang danny as i was planning to go palawan by january 2012 and he told me the following cost of every tour for 6 pax…

City Tour = 400 per head
Underground = 1300 including lunch per head
Honda Bay = 1100 including lunch per head (excluding the snorkling gear which cost 150 per item)….

Zai any comment on this? for a lower price….

there are a lot of new hotels now and newly open pension houses.
It is much enjoyable to stay over night at Sabang Beach if you want to see the Underground River.
If you need assistance, I offer van rental and packages according to your needs. MOstly, I offer private tours.
Agency usually offers group tour.
Puerto Pension is one of the best place to stay but if it fully booked, I can always help you.
Its your money, its your choice on how you spent it but I can give you an unforgettable and safe tour.

I suggest you book directly to Puerto Pension, they can be reach with many contact numbers 048 4332969, 048 4334148, 048 4334149 and cellphone number 09154068568. They will help you answer directly all your questions. I also have a hard time thinking about where to stay in Palawan before until I got them. They can offer the much cheaper tours also since they have a great tied up agency. And its advisable that you book your tour with the hotel where you are staying so you can be taken care of very well.
