Aside from visiting the Underground River, enjoying the clear waters of  Honda Bay and eating tamilok. Here are my vote to the  another  7 things to do in Puerto Princesa.

1. Arrange for a Puerto Princesa City Tour and visit the Cathedral and  Plaza Cuartel where you discover interesting history of the city and feel the warmth of smiles of everyone. There is no entrance fee.

2. Take some pictures in the Crocodile Farm and join the orientation and learn a lot about this large aquatic reptile.

3. Enjoy the scenic view at Mitra’s house -Sta. Monica Ranch when you can see Honda Bay atop  of the ranch and Butterfly garden.

4.   Eat  in Haim’s Chicken Inato if you would bring some drinks they would ask you to pay for a corkage.

5.  Grab some freshly baked hopia in ube or piña at Baker’s hill.

6.  Drop in the Pasalubong Market and buy some roasted or fried cashew nuts, Puerto Princesa t-shirts.

7.  Shop in the city market to pick up friendly-packed fresh fish and crabs that’s packed before your eyes for your loved-ones back home.
