As our cravings for Mediterranean and Indian cuisine has grown due to our love for flavorful foods, we are in search for new places to visit. Our new favorite place for this cuisine is The Kebab Factory Philippines, an Indian restaurant which currently have two branches, one is in Megamall, and another which we visited a number of times already is in Burgos Circle, Fort Bonifacio. We just can’t get enough of their best-selling appetizer papadum masala, a traditional Indian appetizer made with fried papad wafers and garnished with tomatoes, onions and other spices.
Another thing we really liked about this restaurant is their garlic and chili sauce which is for me a tad better than Mister Kebab. Their garlic sauce is creamy, and more flavorful, while the chili sauce very hot, care must be taken, be warned. Don’t hesitate to ask for a refill as the waiters will generously fill your cup.
Papadum Masala (60)

Chicken Mast Kebab (130 for 1 skewer, 250 for 2 skewers)

Beef Kebab (115 for 1 skewer, 225 for 2 skewers)
Beef Keema (250)
Their prices considering the location, and setting of their restaurants are very reasonable, and will cost on average about 250pesos per head.
Their Fort Bonifacio branch is located on Burgos Circle, it’s along 5th avenue, the road between Jolibee and Mc Donalds. You may contact them at 403-4159

Yogurt ice cream is really the best. Well if not another alternative would be the all time favorite mango ice cream a true filipino recipe.

The Papadum at Kebab Factory was really delicious. It made me appreciate the cuisine more.
@djhoanna just tried Shiok last week, I personally liked the Hainanese chicken more than the soy chicken, but both of them were very tasty. And super tender!
