Philippine’s food and travel blog.
It all began with Mr. Ian Carandang, a graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman College of Fine Arts whose first passion was always for food, ice cream in particular. When he discovered Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream in the United States, it was an epiphany. Amazed by the brand’s innovative flavors and colorful names, he was inspired, resolving to make ice cream the new medium for his art
Sebastian’s Ice Cream was initially offered to restaurants, as delicious and unique additions to their dessert menus. After a year of fulfilling the dessert needs of well-known establishements like The Good Earth Tea Room (Greenbelt 3, Metrowalk and Alabang Town Center) the time had come for Sebastian’s to come into its own and be more readily available to the public. So, in May 2006, the 1st Sebastian’s Ice Cream Studio opened at the New Entertainment Wing of the Alabang Town Center.
The product was well received by the Alabang market, generating buzz via word-of-mouth and various food blogs, as well as establishing a loyal fan base in the community. Other reputable establishements like Kai, Olio (Cebu), Yaku and Shepherd’s Staff (SM Mall of Asia) have also made Sebastian’s Ice Cream an intregal part of their dessert menus.
And to address the growing demand of the market, Sebastian’s Ice Cream is now available in pints at several locations around the Metro Manila including the Village Pantry in Quezon City, First Empire in BF Homes, Parañaque and through Ms. Ana Pastrana at her home in Dasmariñas Village, Makati. In August 2007, the 2nd Sebastian’s Ice Cream Studio opened at the 4th floor of the Podium in Mandaluyong, further expanding to other markets the unique and most of all, delicious ice cream experience that is Sebastian’s Ice Cream.
Know a li’l EXTRA about the extraordinary Ice cream:

Their ice cream is extremely mouth watering! Its like you’ll never get tired of eating all of them until you can no longer breathe. Seriously, I’ve been a fan of their product ever since they opened a store in Greenbelt.
