food is great really. pero their customer service, ugh. one of the worse i have experienced. i had to repeat my order 3 times para lang magets nung cashier. she doesn’t even smile to the customers and looks like wala lang syang makuhang trabaho kaya sya nandun. very disappointing.

I was looking for feedbacks about reyes BBq and luckily i found this site. . i just cant get over with my unsatisfied experience a while ago reyes bbq SM manila branch. . me and my friends decided to eat there because of the mouth watering posters they have outside the store and even at their menu list. the price was affordable so we ordered 4 main dishes, soup, rice, and drinks, all in all we’re just 5 persons to eat so we are thinking that what we ordered will be enough to fill up our hunger. but after waiting a long time before the meal was served ,we were surprised with the quantity of foods we have on our table.. the chicken was too small it Looks like a malnourished chicken pa, (unlike to the other restaurants when u order a whole chicken it would probably serve 4-5 persons since there are other orders to eat pa naman..) the sizzling sisig again was another flop! i think it will only serve one hungry person..sobrang konti.. the boneless inihaw na bangus was again a disappointment. just imagine the smallest bangus you’ll find in the market that is what they will serve you.. we all are unsatisfied with what we just ate, we want to order more but we are afraid that we’ll again pay for something unworthy. . our bill reached around 1400+ . in the end we felt regretful na sana sa gerrys grill nalang kami kumain. . . :’(

ang business tlga kahit okay ang food basta ang service pangit sira na. dpat talaga owners are hands on or sana nungm ganmanagers may alam tlaga when it comes sa customer service kawawa nmn nung mga proprietors, but to inform you readers dito sa the fort nung reyes bbq dito maganda ang service kase magaling nung manager nila. marunong makisama sa crew nya and tlaga pinupukpuk sila if babagal bagal or hindi makaintindi. and as if nung manager narin nga minsan nag tatake nang order just toplease customers eh. and very maasikaso and malinis dito unlike sa reyes bbq na nakainan ko sa divisoria parang di ako makasubo kase as if dirty sha feeling ko.

I Ate at Reyes Barbeque last night with my girlfriend and I got really disappointed with their food. My companion ordered Grilled Pusit and I ordered Grilled Bangus. The bangus is very “bilasa” already and with eating only a part of it, I had a diarrhea up until now. Their sauce is too sweet and I swear that I won’t be eating their anymore.

Seems like Reyes Barbecue staffs didn’t undergo any customer relations training. I’ve had an experience with Reyes Barbecue in Paseo Center where the two staffs (the cashier Apple and crew Alex) are sooooo bad in addressing customer needs and requests. I was waiting for my order, it was already cooked and all that they need to do is pack it so i can leave their super cramped space. So i told this Alex guy if he could just pack my order so i could go. He ignored me and continued opening other pre-packed foods for delivery to since they have forgotten to label it. So i asked him the second time, and then this fat cashier named Apple snapped and said “Unahin mo yan Bancnet, magagalit na yan”. So i was to stunned by what she just did. They we’re prioritizing the delivery while i was there right in front of them, my food waiting to be packed is also laying in front of them. So i turned to the guy and asked him what his and the fat cashier’s name are, and i also asked if what’s the name and number of their boss. Well, he told me their names but he said he dont know their boss and then immediately proceeded to packing my food (i think so that they could get rid of me, an irate client). Anyway, i checked their receipt and it says that Reyes in Paseo Center is operated by a certain GERARDO M.D. LIWANAG. I hope he gets a chance to read this to let him know what kind of employees he got. Gosh.. they really pissed me off!

i got really disappointed and pissed at Reyes Barbeque here in RCBC Plaza. I asked one of our messengers/janitors to order 12 chicken barbecue meals. when he got back, we immediately distributed the food to the attendees of the training. after distributing the food to 8 of the attendees, we only have 3 meals in the plastic bag and that’s when i found out that they only gave us 11 meals. so i called them up to inform them about it. the first guy who answered the phone asked me what happened so i explained. after explaining he referred me to another person. she then asked me what happened so i explained again. after explaining for the 2nd time, that girl referred me again to another girl (named May) and asked me what happened. after explaining for the 3rd time, they said that it can’t happen because the messenger was the one who counted it. so i said, are you saying that you didnt count it? she said, they did. so i said, so what happened, how come we only got 11 meals and she said she doesn’t know but as far as they’re concerned it’s complete. so i told her are you saying that the guy i asked to buy got one of the meas? she said “ewan ko lang, pero kumplete yun” so i told her, “so bakit kulang, nag-magic yung food”? she laughed and said “ewan ko lang po” in a sarcastic way.

i can’t stand listening to her anymore so i said “sige na” and then dropped the call.

before i called them, i was thinking of ordering another 4chicken barbecue meals, but after what happened, i changed my mind and ordered food from another restaurant. i told myself that i will no longer eat at their restaurant and would rather have hotdog sandwich or siopao from 7eleven-RCBC (where the people are courteous)

Reyes Barbecue Katipunan RBK is located at the back of Bo’s coffee in loyola heights. Open from 10am to 12 midnite. DA BEST!!

their bbq is okay, although i still prefer ineng’s.. i like it w/ plain rice than java also.

i so love reyes barbecue! especially the pork bbq meal and the bangus belly! uhmm so yummy! affordable pa!
